Kể từ khi thành lập vào năm 1956, các sản phẩm được đúc khuôn bằng tay với lớp chống dính được đăng ký bản quyền đã là cốt lõi của thương hiệu SCANPAN. Cho đến tận bây giờ, tất cả các sản phẩm nhôm phủ chống dính của SCANPAN vẫn được sản xuất ngay tại nhà máy của hãng ở Đan Mạch.

Nhôm lỏng được đổ bằng tay vào khuôn và đúc dưới áp lực 250 tấn. Kỹ thuật đúc độc đáo này đảm bảo độ bền tối đa và độ phân bổ nhiệt hoàn hảo trên khắp bề mặt. Chất lượng được kiểm soát ở mọi chi tiết trong quy trình sản xuất.

Một phần quan trọng trong sự phát triển về sản phẩm và công nghệ của chúng tôi chính là sự phát triển liên tục của lớp phủ chống dính. Và chúng tôi tự hào nói rằng lớp chống dính của SCANPAN là một trong những lớp chống dính BỀN VỮNG NHẤT trên thị trường.

Every pan produced at the purpose built SCANPAN facility in Denmark passes through human hands eight times during its creation - to ensure we satisfy our quality requirements and your culinary needs.

This craftsmanship and attention to detail is complemented by technologically advanced manufacturing processes, resulting in high-performance cookware which delivers even, energy efficient conduction of heat that is guaranteed not to warp.

SCANPAN were early adopters of the use of recycled materials in industry. The cast bodies of our non-stick cookware are manufactured from 100% recycled aluminium products - requiring only 10% of the energy and creating 95% less waste as opposed to deriving aluminium through industrial mining. Liquid aluminium is poured by hand into a mould and die-cast under 250 tonnes of pressure. This unique casting technique ensures maximum durability and perfect heat distribution across the entire surface. Quality is controlled in every detail throughout the production process. Today, SCANPAN still casts all non-stick aluminium products at the purpose built factory in Denmark.

SCANPAN were also first to introduce a truly PFOA free nonstick finish which remains PFOA free throughout the entire manufacturing process.
